Shipping Information – Divine Gemz

Our shipping costs are calculated by a third party vendor and are at their discrimination. The vendor, Sendle, has a predetermined price list and we are only passing on the cost of shipping.

If you have selected the wrong shipping charge option, we will charge your credit card or Paypal account, with an amount equal to the difference between this and the correct shipping charge.

Delivery Of Your Products

We attempt to ship within three working days of receipt of your order; delivery may take up to 10 business days from the date of your order. However we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.

Divine Gemz will make every effort to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.

We encourage you to visit the “My Account” section on our website to view the delivery status of your Products.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carriers (Sendle or Australia Post) will leave your package at a secure location by your front door. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

Why do we ask you to allow up to 10 working days for delivery?

To enable us to bring slow moving items into our warehouse to order, therefore optimising shelf life of slower moving items.

To allow for shipping to far-flung remote parts of Australia, from our Lake Macquarie, NSW base.

To accommodate our bi-annual stock takes.

To cover for the outliers in sales order quantities, some customers will order more than a year’s sales of an individual item in one order, much to our surprise and pleasure.

To allow for us to visit national and International fares, searching for new products.
